A State-of-the-art Auction Hall

G3 Vehicle Auctions

Retail

HTC Architects’ experience in designing motor auction facilities spans over two decades, beginning with our inaugural project in Leeds—an early milestone that also marked the start of our enduring partnership with G3 Vehicle Auctions. Since that initial collaboration, we’ve gone on to deliver five further auction centres, each tailored to meet the evolving demands of the automotive marketplace while reinforcing G3’s brand identity and operational excellence.

This latest 14-acre development represents the culmination of that shared journey. As the UK’s most interactive vehicle marketplace, the scheme integrates a state-of-the-art auction hall and office facility with expansive vehicle storage and a dedicated refurbishment centre—creating a seamless environment for both trade and retail engagement.

Architecturally, the building is designed to make a bold statement. The main entrance features a double-height, fully-glazed corner atrium that not only floods the interior with natural light but also offers the flexibility to showcase a feature vehicle—setting the tone for a dynamic and customer-focused experience from the moment of arrival.
