THE PROCESS

A landmark industrial development, designed for performance, sustainability and growth.

The project involved the design and delivery of a high-specification industrial development for client Tungsten Properties.

Navigating a complex planning landscape, our team worked closely with Pegasus Group, the appointed planning consultant, and Savills, acting as the client’s agent. The planning process presented notable challenges, requiring strategic coordination and adaptive design responses to meet local authority requirements.

Throughout the delivery phase we worked closely with McLaren Construction to ensure the project’s vision was fully realised. From early coordination meetings to final handover, our teams maintained a collaborative and transparent working relationship that was instrumental in achieving the project’s ambitious design goals, achieving both BREEAM Excellent certification and Net Zero Carbon status.
