Tailored for end user Cubico—trading as Easy Bathrooms—the scheme exemplifies modern industrial design and sustainable construction. Constructed by Winvic Construction, the building achieves net zero carbon in construction, underscoring a commitment to environmental responsibility. It has been awarded a BREEAM Very Good rating and an EPC A certification, reflecting its energy efficiency and sustainability credentials.

The facility comprises a vast warehouse space with a clear internal haunch height of 18 metres, enabling flexible racking and operational layouts. Complementing the industrial volume is 25,500 sq ft of high-quality CAT A office accommodation arranged over three floors, designed to support both administrative and client-facing functions. Externally, the site includes extensive servicing areas and dedicated parking provision, ensuring seamless logistics operations and staff accessibility.
