The scheme delivered a 15,000 sqft prestige office development that seamlessly integrates with an existing Grade II* listed building, creating a compelling dialogue between heritage and contemporary design. The new structure is articulated through smooth-faced Ashlar stonework, lending a sense of permanence and civic gravitas, while stainless steel-framed horizontal curtain walling introduces a crisp, modern rhythm across the façades. Composite panels complement the palette, offering both thermal performance and visual contrast.

At the heart of the scheme, the entrance sequence is defined by a striking bridge walkway that spans a double-height stone-floored atrium. This space is anchored by a planar glazed wall, which floods the interior with natural light and frames views toward the historic fabric beyond. Around the perimeter, Brise Soleil walkways provide solar shading and architectural depth, detailed with oak boarding and inset downlights to evoke warmth and craftsmanship—particularly effective in evening settings.
